Career in Brief

Colin is a consummate professional food technologist, who has run small food manufacturing businesses for most of his professional life.  This experience has given him a wide exposure to many aspects of business.  He has also worked with large organisations.  He has been able to develop a very wide range of products including savoury concepts and controlled quality assurance for a range of different product types.  He has extensive experience in using computer software as he has developed a wide range of systems to computerise many tasks.  He has also a very extensive understanding of the financial aspects of business and general accounting.  He has undertaken many projects involving engineering including commissioning and decommissioning of plant and machinery.  His major areas of product expertise have been in confectionery and bakery though has experience in many other areas of the food industry.
